Our office hours for responding to general contact requests are:

    • 5am – 1pm PST
    • 1pm – 9pm GMT

During these hours, we’re available to address inquiries efficiently and provide timely responses.

Response Times:

  • We aim to respond to all weekday inquiries within 48 hours.
  • For messages sent over the weekend, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

If your inquiry relates to booking a service, we ask that you visit our main bar directly. Bookings and service requests are best handled in person to ensure accurate scheduling and availability.
