Street Whores
Welcome to this Second Life Red Light District. A history of independent work and urban roleplay awaits.
An Independent Community
This Second Life Red Light District serves as a neighborhood for independent escorts living and working here. It is a space built for residents to manage their own business.
The district is driven by the women on the pavement. You will find experienced workers sharing advice, passing on tips, providing guidance, and helping newcomers learn the basics of street work. If you are looking for an immersive adult roleplay environment or a support system to build your own business, you found it.
Sim Standards
To keep the Second Life Red Light District safe and functional, everyone on the sim must abide by these standards. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
The Don’ts
- No free sex. There is a L$300 minimum for all encounters.
- No rip-offs. If they pay, you play. Honor your agreements.
- No picture selling.
- No age play or child avatars. This is enforced grid wide.
- No drama. Keep the street clear of toxic behavior.
- No poaching. Do not poach clients or staff for other venues. If you want to promote your business, rent an ad board. Do not advertise in the group.
- No trespassing. Do not use other people’s rentals without explicit permission.
- No loitering. Do not stand around the landing spot like a zombie. If you are here, participate in the community.
- No gratuitous nudity. Keep it covered unless it is in use. Nobody wants to see your pixel cock if they are not paying for it.
- Whores: Do not IM first. Do not act like hawks and scare off potential clients. Let them approach you.
The Do’s
- Do join our group. The group is for workers and renters only.
- Do have fun. Enjoy your time and embrace the grit of the street.
- Do decorate your space. If you rent property, decorate it however you like, but ensure you stay within your allotted prim count.
- Do be mindful of lag. Reduce sim strain by detaching heavily scripted HUDs when they are not needed.

Our Roleplay Systems
Street Whores features deep integration with our custom software. The Dark Nights app provides direct store access for users looking to manage their client list in this Second Life Red Light District.
We also utilize the official STI System, which allows for advanced medical roleplay and condition tracking at our local clinic.
A New Era
When the original sim faced maintenance challenges, the community was left without a home. In September 2024, Jess of X-Sisters acquired the land.
The sim is currently being restored. We are maintaining the original feel while upgrading the infrastructure for today’s Second Life Red Light District residents. Read about the restoration project here.
