Why we have rules

These rules are designed to keep everyone’s best interests in mind. They ensure fairness among staff, so nobody gets an unfair advantage. We are not in the business of favouritism and strive to avoid it. That’s why we all follow the same rates and adhere to the same rules.

Managers always have the final say on any rules. They are your first point of contact for questions and concerns. Since we’re not a massive corporation, we won’t provide a 50-page manual detailing what you can and cannot do.

These rules outline the very basics, and we ask that you apply common sense to them. Management will point out potential rule breaks and enforce necessary caveats. It’s in your best interest to follow them. The rules here ensure our bar runs smoothly, but management may make exceptions as needed. Please don’t complain that “it’s not in the rules,” as you would be the first to object if we handed you a 50-page rulebook.

We want everyone to have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment to work in and you are part of making that happen. Our door is always open if and when you need something looked at, dealt with or you just need to vent.

Communication with Customer

  • Staff should generally avoid initiating IMs with customers. Always, use local chat to engage them, as it creates a better and less intrusive atmosphere. If a customer is interested in hiring, they will reach out.

  • Engagement: Keep local chat active. Silence for more than a minute can lose customers and hurt both your income and the bars, so make sure conversations are continuous.

  • As a staff member, you are expected to maintain a minimum activity level of 6 hours per week to retain your position. While we encourage exceeding this minimum, 6 hours is mandatory.

  • If you are unable to meet your required hours, it is essential to inform us promptly. Failure to communicate two consecutive weeks will result in immediate removal.
    • Additionally, repeated instances of non-communication totalling two weeks within a four-week period will lead to a final warning. Any subsequent rule violation after the warning will result in immediate termination.

  • Managers are also subject to these requirements, with a minimum expectation of 8 hours per week.

Payments and Services

  • All payments must go through the tip jars. No services, even among staff, are free. If you want to fuck each other, one of you is paying.

  • Collect full payment upfront; partial payments are not allowed. We do not accept nor encourage drip tipping. A 300L accumulative tip over 30 minutes is not the same as a 300L topless tip.

  • Don’t give away nudity for free. If a customer pays for topless, provide that service. Use discretion if it helps secure a hire but always aim to get paid if you do.

  • Stick to the time customers pay for. Minor overruns are acceptable, but significant extra time of 10 minutes plus should be charged. This is your responsibility and we may adjust commission rates to make back any money lost by the bar for excessive and repeated overruns.


Conduct and Appearance

  • Avoid being AFK in the bar. Use designated AFK rooms. Being AFK in the bar for over five minutes leads to ejection and possible removal from staff.

  • Major appearance changes require management approval. While small changes are fine, significant alterations in body shape, skin tone, and height need approval to maintain the hired look.

  • Always focus on Customers: While it’s fine to have friends at the bar, make sure your main attention is on the customers once they arrive.

Professionalism and Respect

  • Maintain respectful and professional behaviour with customers and colleagues.

  • No free services, including any D/s interactions, whether sexual or not.

  • Harassment or discrimination or bigoted behaviour/culturally insensitive behaviour will lead to immediate termination.

Performance and Exclusivity

  • Perform your duties to the best of your abilities, always maintaining a high performance.

  • Working at other venues is allowed with few exceptions which can be found on the knowledge base by clicking here. Managers are the exception to this and must prioritise X-Sisters if they wish to retain their management position.

  • We do not accept friend requests from barflies. It can lead to messy situations down the line that can affect everyone. It also gives unfair advantages. Simply give them a polite “I’m sorry, but I don’t mix work with personal friends” when it comes up.

Trips and Additional Charges

  • Any offsite trips must be paid by the client at 500L per 30 minutes. You MUST charge barflies for ALL offsite activities. Unauthorised offsite meetings without payment are not allowed and will lead to instant removal. These include, but are not limited to Shopping Trips, DJ Sets, Beaches, Events, “It’ll only take a minute” and “Can you help me with this” meets. Pre-existing relationships are the only exception to this rule. This rule in particular is a “no second chances” rule and will lead to termination.

Disciplinary Actions

  • Any rule violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

The Important Stuff

  • The use of illegal substances while on the job is permitted.

  • The use of weapons while on the job is permitted.
