We believe that our X-Girls are the heart of our bar, and your participation is crucial to creating an enjoyable environment for everyone. We expect X-Girls to be present and actively engage to create a great overall experience for our barflies. More than this, the hours requirement is to help everyone, to alleviate the pressure from some staff members who actively put in far more hours than are reasonable to cover for people who aren’t showing up.

We have activity requirements for a number of reasons but the biggest reason is teamwork.

28-Day Activity Rule

Attendance and Engagement

  • If you work less than 6 hours or fail to show up without communication in a 7-day period, it will be noted as a period of absence.
  • If this happens for two consecutive weeks, it will result in immediate removal from the staff.
  • If it happens twice in a four-week period (not consecutively), it will be considered a final warning. Any further infractions within the next three months will result in immediate removal.

Valid Reasons

We understand that personal circumstances can sometimes prevent you from meeting activity requirements. Please communicate any valid reasons to management as soon as possible, following the proper notification procedure.

However, if we notice that you are spending significant time online (e.g., 20, 30, 40 hours a week) and still not meeting your hour requirement, we may remove you without prior warning.

Prewarning

It is important to inform us in advance if you anticipate any difficulties in meeting the activity requirements. Early communication with a manager is crucial.

Review and Amendment

We will periodically review this Activity Policy to ensure it remains effective and aligned with our needs. We value open communication and welcome any suggestions for improvement.
