Brand Representation Policy

At X-Sisters, we fully respect that some of you work in other places, do your own thing, or run side hustles. That’s your call. We’re not here to tell you what you can or can’t do outside the bar. But when it comes to our brand and our marketing we’re going to be strategic.

What We Invest

We don’t half-ass our marketing. We spend real money and real time to make sure X-Sisters stands out. From magazines and product drops to ad boards and events, we put in the work to raise the bar for everyone. We do unique stuff – like the annual calendar, the X-Girl Fleshlight line, and fully scripted items and we do it so the X-Girl name actually means something.

That kind of investment deserves our full focus.

Who We Market

Here’s where it matters: if you’re currently being promoted by another brand – if you’re showing up in their ads, on their socials, on their boards, in their magazines – then we’re not going to include you in ours. It’s not to punish anyone. It’s about brand clarity. We only market X-Girls who are fully aligned with X-Sisters for the simple reason that our name needs to stay tight and consistent. If you’re splitting that spotlight, we’ll put it on someone else.

What That Means

If you’re not exclusive in your image and branding, you won’t be featured in:

  • Any of our marketing campaigns
  • Our monthly magazine
  • Any of the extra paid products we put out
  • Ad boards or official social promos

It’s not personal, it’s just us being strategic and it means we can give the focus to girls who actually want and need the visibility inside the brand.

Why We’re Doing It

We’ve got over 30 active X-Girls now. That’s a lot of talent and a limited amount of hours in a day. So we’re choosing who gets that spotlight based on who’s committed the most to the brand – and who’s going to benefit from it the most. No hard feelings if that’s not you. But if you want the perks – the magazine spreads, the promos, the featured product lines – then it’s important that you’re representing us, and only us, during that time.

You don’t need to ask permission to work elsewhere. That’s just not how we work. We just do this for the benefit of our brand.
