Building and Running a Sim
Running a sim in Second Life takes serious dedication. It is about actively cultivating a community and creating an environment where residents want to spend their time. The Fuck Forest requires staff who understand the mechanics of sim management and the social dynamics of adult roleplay.
When you step into a leadership position, you take on the responsibility of maintaining the flow of the land. We need people who know how to monitor high-traffic areas, enforce the rules clearly, and resolve disputes without disrupting the experience for everyone else. Managing a space this raw means you have to be comfortable navigating complex social interactions.
Growing the Community
A thriving public sex sim relies on constant momentum. Growth comes from hosting engaging events, creating reasons for groups to gather, and making new residents feel welcome the moment they teleport in. We want team members who have a clear vision for how to bring people together.
