1. Group Notices: We expect you to read and keep up to date with Staff Group notices. We have a relatively large staff, and it’s time-consuming to message everyone directly. Group Notices are where we announce important changes, and it is your responsibility to stay informed.

1. Communication: We expect you to be communicative in the staff group. If you’re leaving the bar unattended for any reason, send out a group message asking if anyone else can take over. We don’t expect you to wait for them to show up, just to make them aware.

1. Weekly Hour Requirement: We expect you to inform us when you can’t meet your weekly hour requirement. This not only saves us time trying to figure out where you are but also helps us prepare for the drop in overall hours. If possible, it allows us to plan for someone to cover for you.

1. Presence at the Bar: We expect you to spend time at the bar when you arrive. If you only show up to see if customers are there and then leave within 30 minutes because they’re not, we will ask you to reconsider if this is the right place for you to work. If it happens regularly, we may make that decision for you.

1. Teamwork: We expect you to work together as a team and not view this place as somewhere where everyone is out for themselves. This is very much a “we not me” environment. We work together to get each other hires, and we are each other’s cheerleaders and promoters. This is one of the most important expectations.

1. Safety and Comfort: We expect you to let us know if someone is harassing you, stalking you, or making you uncomfortable. We have no issues banning someone regardless of how big their wallet is. Staff always comes first to us. Customers will come and go, but the team of X-Girls is what makes the X-Sisters Sex Bar the place that it is.
